The Altcraft Marketing Platform got into my sphere of interest in 2017 (at a former workplace) when we were carrying out a comparative analysis of different platforms in order to migrate from the existing platform to a new one. At that time I was also interested in some features of the platform that were absent in other comparable platforms - a trial period, no limits on messaging, the ability to use the platform as a built-in solution in the company's infrastructure (On-Premise) and a flexible API for comprehensive data integration. The absence of limits on mailing was a special surprise. This feature is particularly required when the company is growing rapidly and a multimillion user base is being generated. The next interaction with Altcraft took place in 2018 within projects of WiseBits (my current employer). We managed to agree on a contract in a short time. And we were given the opportunity to test all features of the platform during the trial period, so that we could understand and evaluate how well the platform fitted our goals and objectives. Eventually, everything was successfully implemented and the platform had found its place in our high-load system infrastructure. Now it helps us develop 2 communication channels at once (email and push) and copes quite well with a large data flow. The most important thing for us is that the platform is developing, and there are new opportunities for automating marketing processes. As a result, the platform fully solves our tasks, and we are happy with our collaboration with Altcraft.
