How to set up integration with Yandex.Audience

How does integration with Yandex.Audience work

Yandex.Audience allows you to launch advertising campaigns that are targeted at the right group of customers. To do this, you need to create a segment based on data from your customer database. Altcraft Platform also works with segments, so it won't take long to transfer customer data from the platform to Yandex.Audience.

You upload data from the platform segments to the Yandex service. Then the service automatically compares received information with the data it already has and finds matches. As a result, you get a ready-made segment for targeting.

How to set up integration

Step 1. Configure a connection

Altcraft Platform interacts with Yandex.Audience via Yandex.OAuth. It means that you need to set up a connection to this service. Use this step-by-step guide.

Step 2. Add an integration

Select the «Integration» section in the main menu and select Yandex.Audience type of integration. Then click «Create» at the top of the page.

Step 3. General settings

Enter the name and description of the integration in the tab «General settings». Activate the integration by clicking a toggle switch in the right corner:

Step 4. Select the type of data to be uploaded from the platform

• CRM data: emails and phone numbers.
• Mobile device IDs: you can find this data in profile subscriptions. Yandex.Audience is compatible with AppMetrica with Google AID and AppMetrica with iOS IFA.
• MAC addresses.

Step 5. Select target audience

Limit the audience whose data you want to upload to the Yandex service by specifying the customer database and segments:

Step 6. Select Yandex.Audience connection

Please note that a Yandex.Audience segment must contain at least 100 profiles.

Step 7. Set up a schedule

Step 8. Keep track of synchronization statistics

You can find information about the number of successful operations in the section «Sync statistics». Namely, how many:

• profiles were imported
• profiles were deleted
• segments were imported
• segments were deleted

By clicking «Start resync» you can update segment data in Yandex.Audience:

Below, you can find a table containing information on the current status of the segment, the number of profiles in it, and the date of the last update.
