As you may already know Altcraft Marketing Platform provides both On-Premise and SaaS solutions. That is the reason why we’re going to touch on this interesting theme. We’ll look at the differences between built-in and cloud solutions and describe their advantages. But first, let’s figure out what is what.

The cloud service (SaaS - Software as a Service) is a software distribution model in which a vendor develops and hosts a web application and make it available to the customers via the Internet.

On-premise is a software package that is located on the customer’s server hardware. The customers buy software licence and maintain and administrate the software on their own.

This review is not intended to counterpose these two solutions. We aimed to show that each solution has its obvious advantages. You just need to choose which one meets your business needs. We hope that this review will prove very useful.
